Senior Account Manager role involves leading agency teams in developing and presenting compelling ideas to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure ideas are well-developed, presented within time frames and budgets, and suitable for client presentations.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, manage customer retention activities, and drive customer satisfaction through process improvement plans and efficient reporting.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts, maintain deep knowledge of business offerings, competitors, and industry trends.
- Prepare and design briefs; lead professional output for agency presentations. Present agency work to new business prospects and existing clients.
- Schedule internal meetings, including team briefings and coordination meetings, provide support to immediate leadership in handling assigned accounts.
- Oversee fiscal management of assigned accounts, orchestrate project execution working with support groups, ensure individual and team KPIs are met.
- Efficiently manage workload, accurately record time using the company timesheet system, perform special projects as assigned.
- Mid-Senior level expertise in Sales and Business Development, specifically in Advertising Services industries.
