The role of a Sales Supervisor encompasses strategic leadership, guiding various sales and support functions within the team. This position provides crucial direction to achieve maximum profitability, growth, and alignment with company vision and values.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the sales team to attain sales objectives by implementing effective strategies and motivating staff.
- Assign territories and leads, set achievable targets, and provide tools and knowledge to enhance sales representative performance.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards in accordance with company policy, addressing concerns and providing necessary support.
- Engage in core sales activities, including cold calling and direct involvement in sales representative work as needed.
- Develop and implement action plans for individuals and teams to improve prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Communicate with the team to identify training needs and enhance overall performance.
- Ensure all representatives meet or exceed activity standards for prospecting, calls, appointments, trainings, demos, presentations, proposals, and closes.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in sales or relevant sales leadership roles.
- Strong sales experience, coaching, and motivating skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
