Job Title:
Sales Operations AssociateAt our company, we are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales teams. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating CRM records, tracking and organizing sales metrics, and performing internet-based research on prospects.
In this role, you will also assist with the creation and formatting of basic proposals, site layouts, and security overviews using templates. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal handoffs and reporting accuracy. Additionally, you will attend team meetings, take notes, and summarize key action items.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with tracking and organizing sales metrics, contact statuses, and pipeline reports.
- Perform internet-based research on prospects, including company info, industry verticals, and key contacts.
- Support the creation and formatting of basic proposals, site layouts, and security overviews using templates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal handoffs and reporting accuracy.
- Attend team meetings, take notes, and summarize key action items.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales operations, admin, or analyst role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail).
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience with mapping tools like Google Earth or System Surveyor is a plus.
- A remote, entry-level role ideal for candidates who are data-driven and detail-oriented.
