Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead our General Sales Group. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with both Retail and Enterprise IT Channels, a deep understanding of PC Components, Peripherals and other IT-related products, and proven experience in managing and developing

high-performing sales teams. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for monitoring the team's performance and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Development

Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and ensuring that goals are met or exceeded. Identify team strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous development through training, coaching, and regular performance feedback.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with IT dealers to drive sales and expand market presence.

Target Area Development

Identify and grow key development areas to increase overall business portfolio and brand mindshare.

Sales Strategy Development

Develop and execute effective sales strategies. Identify and qualify business opportunities for consistent revenue growth.

Market Status Reporting

Monitor market trends for timely strategy and problem-solving actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product management, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong relationships with Retail & Enterprise IT channels.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to travel from time to time to meet clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with PC components, peripherals and accessories.
  • Experience in managing sales for multi-brand portfolios.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and quickly respond to market changes.
