Job Opportunity

Drive sales growth and performance across operations by overseeing team development, monitoring, and coaching. This role aims to consistently meet client targets related to sales and expansion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Track performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and support individual and team development in alignment with company goals.
  • Serve as a liaison for interdepartmental coordination and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a four-year college or university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a sales program or account.
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on coaching for performance.
  • Background in BPO-related training is preferred.
  • Completion of leadership or supervisory skills training is an advantage.
  • Able to work onsite primarily at our Mandaluyong site.
  • Willing to work Australian time zone with shifting schedules.
