Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior call center experience is required; however, having a background in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work on-site at our Cebu City office
