We are seeking a skilled Verification Support Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Verification Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from all over the world, handling their sensitive information with care and professionalism.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about technology and has excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest, forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system, and applying the latest customer happiness practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Confirming lead interest
  • Forwarding qualified inquiries
  • Accurately updating and categorizing leads
  • Handling sensitive customer information
  • Applying customer happiness practices
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and responsible behavior
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with luxury brands
