About the Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing technology at the operating system level across all servers.
- Performing basic to intermediate troubleshooting (L2).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise in x86 Server Operating Systems.
- Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
