We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team at Cosmic Technology Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, expanding our customer base, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales objectives, provide training, and address any challenges.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively participate in fieldwork, including house-to-house selling, to demonstrate effective sales techniques and support team members.
  • Cultivate a network of sub-agents in the area to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to engage in fieldwork and lead by example.
  • Existing network of sub-agents in the area is a plus.
