Job Overview

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and assigning tasks, ensuring the team works cohesively to achieve its objectives.

You are responsible for overseeing the work of team members, providing guidance, support and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.You will coordinate and assign tasks to the team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the teams objectives.Responsible for conducting touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identifying growth areasReviewing customer emails and communications to ensure theyre in line with our brand guidelinesHelping create resources and materials for your team to share externally to partnersPerforming Hubspot pipeline reviews and ensuring the data and line items are filled out properlyObserving external introduction calls and providing feedback to associates who are assisting our customersEnsure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.Collaborate with different departments within the organisation to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.Completing ad-hoc tasks across entities including month-end close relevant tasksRequirementsA bachelors degree in the field of business administration, communications, marketing or related fieldAt least 1 year experience as a sales team leader in a B2B environmentExperience in a food tech environment is an advantageExperience with lead generation is non-negotiableExcellent English Communication and Presentation skillsStrong Research and Analytical skillsKnowledgeable in Google Suite and HubspotWilling to work on a graveyard shift Why work for us?
