Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Client Matching Associate.

This position is part of our Dedicated Recruitment team and plays a critical part in our recruitment operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with our candidate pool and clients to ensure high-quality placements, balancing relationship management and process execution.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and evaluating top candidates from our existing talent pool, aligning with client needs and maintaining backup options.
  • Scheduling and conducting multiple interviews during your shift; these are the final interviews before endorsement to training or client introduction.
  • Handling coordination requests between candidates and sales, support, and customer success teams.
  • Creating detailed evaluation reports to help clients make hiring decisions and reflect our quality standards.
  • Working towards monthly goals ensuring recommendations meet client standards and quality expectations.
  • Developing resilience and focus in a goal-oriented environment with daily targets.
  • Supporting different teams within recruitment as needed, adapting to priorities.
