Role Overview

Plan a career path as a dedicated Client Success Specialist to support a top-tier enterprise client. This role requires close collaboration with the Enterprise Client Success Manager to deliver exceptional, proactive support that fosters strong relationships and drives retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily communications with the largest client, responding promptly to requests, questions, and needs.
  • Develop and execute account strategy in partnership with the Client Success Manager.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings with the Client Success Manager.

Account Health & Performance: Review and monitor account data and performance metrics to ensure seamless management of the day-to-day client order experience.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience, preferably in the Enterprise SaaS or services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to client support, ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
