Role Overview

This is a position that involves delivering exceptional support to clients who are seeking therapy. You will be working remotely with a rapidly growing telehealth provider, which offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be providing helpful and professional support to clients through inbound calls and emails.
  • You will reach out to clients on the waitlist and guide them toward scheduling therapy sessions.
  • You will collect client information for matching with the right provider.
  • You will accurately record client details in our systems.
  • You will build trust and rapport with clients through empathy and clear communication.
  • You will receive training to promote services to individuals, clinics, and companies.
Requirements:
  • You must have strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • You should have 1–2 years' experience in customer service, call center, or BPO work.
  • You should have a friendly, patient, and professional approach with clients.
  • You should be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools.
  • You should be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
