Reporting Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Power BI and Excel, with experience in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics. Additionally, they will create and maintain KPI reports using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including KPI dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas and macros.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
  • Certification in Power BI or Excel is a plus.
