About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain automated and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights that improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights.
  • Improve reporting workflows through automation, ensure data accuracy, and enhance tools and delivery methods.
  • Translate data into clear presentations, support ad hoc requests, and contribute to team success through collaboration and continuous learning.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) with 2+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Skilled in Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power BI, and advanced Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement automation to boost efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities, engaging stakeholders effectively, and maintaining a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
