About the role

As a Reports Analyst at Ubiquity, you will play a vital role in providing essential financial insights and data analysis to support the strategic decision-making of our dynamic organisation. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading player in the banking and financial services industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse complex financial data from various sources to produce comprehensive and insightful reports
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards to effectively communicate key performance indicators and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and procedures to enhance the quality and timeliness of information provided to stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and research to support specific business initiatives and queries
  • Participate in the implementation of new reporting tools and technologies to drive operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis or a similar role
  • Proficient in data manipulation, analysis and visualisation using tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with banking and financial services industry regulations and reporting requirements
  • Experience in developing and implementing reporting solutions and dashboards
