Customer Success Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for mid-market and enterprise-level customers and their team members.

In this role, you will guide customers through onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and integrations. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders through proactive communication, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and in-person meetings to deepen engagement and understanding of their business needs.

You will actively monitor client usage and identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on CRM and mobile marketing automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be the primary point of contact for MoEngage for Mid-Market and Enterprise level customers and their team members.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and integrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders through proactive communication, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and in-person meetings to deepen engagement and understanding of their business needs.
  • Actively monitor client usage and identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in supporting complex enterprise customers with marketing technology solutions (email, push, SMS) or closely related solutions with an understanding of technical, product, and marketing discipline.
  • Has a strategic mindset and ability to make sense of complex business needs.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills - especially in coordinating meetings and follow-ups with global stakeholders across multiple time zones and disciplines.
