Driving customer success in a dynamic business environment is an exceptional opportunity to grow and lead a team of high-performing professionals. We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our customer success efforts.
Job Description- This role requires managing high-performing customer success teams at a SaaS or telecommunications company, developing strategies to drive adoption, and leveraging customer success best practices.
- Hire, mentor, and grow a team of customer success managers and leaders.
- Develop and implement effective sales and customer engagement strategies.
- Lead executive-level communication and motivate the team.
- 15+ years of customer or account management experience.
- 5+ years managing high-performing customer success teams.
- Experience with Sales Force and Gainsight or similar customer success tools.
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to develop business metrics.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer success initiatives and developing strategies to meet business goals.
