Customer Success Specialist Role
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing monthly recurring revenue for our most valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success
- Project management of internal and external initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to grow customer base
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create customer success that drives positive customer satisfaction and account growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience
- At least 2 years related experience in a Customer Service, Technical Support position and at least 1 year experience in Sales catering to B2B accounts
- Proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop quick accurate situational awareness
- Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented way of thinking to understand and solve complex customer issues
- Experience and comfort interacting with and influencing C-level executives
- Ability to lead, handle or influence both internal resources as well as customer resources to achieve successful outcomes
- Knowledgeable in advanced network troubleshooting and terms including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment, TCP/IP (IPv4) preferred
