Job Title: Enterprise Success Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, serving as their primary business point of contact with high-touch engagement throughout their customer experience journey.

The ideal candidate will understand customers' business value drivers, success criteria, and key performance indicators to develop Customer Success Plans that drive mutual success.

The selected individual will link and prescribe the adoption and use of product features and functionality to achieve key customer business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with high-touch engagement.
  • Develop Customer Success Plans based on customers' business value drivers and success criteria.
  • Link product features and functionality to achieve key customer business outcomes.
  • Establish regular cadence of executive business reviews with customers.
  • Drive customer referenceability and continuous improvement of customer advocacy measures.
  • Prepare and deliver territory plans to define account strategies and align resources.
Requirements:
  • At least 7+ years' experience in tech-related field, including consulting and enterprise account management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a tech or business-related field.
  • Experience in Contact Centers and/or CX is highly desired.
  • Native language skills and fluency in English communication.
  • Familiarity with CX industry and technology to drive consultative approach to customer interactions.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage multiple actions across assigned customer base.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with productivity tools, CRM tools, and online communities is preferred.
