Warehouse Leadership Role

As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the overall warehouse operations and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively. This involves strategically managing warehouse processes in compliance with company policies and vision.

You will conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and a strong grasp of local market conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing various analyses – including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more;
  • Overseeing inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound, and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are met;
  • Ensuring the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future;
  • Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures;
  • Adhering to all warehousing and handling requirements;
  • Managing overall warehouse cost and budget;
  • Producing reports and statistics regularly: Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports;
  • Receiving feedback and monitoring the quality of services provided;

Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of total work experience focusing on management consulting, warehouse operations, or related field;
  • Excellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from it;
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases;
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Cebu;
