Job Summary

We are seeking a Hub Manager to oversee the daily operations of our logistics hub, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain and logistics, with a strong leadership background and excellent communication skills.
About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • The Hub Manager will work closely with the customer support team to resolve customer escalations and coordinate with agency coordinators to manage and support agency teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in supply chain and logistics
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
