Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

The Supply Chain Optimization Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving strategic improvement and operational excellence across the supply chain logistics. This centralized hub aligns people, processes, and technology to elevate logistics performance, covering the entire APAC region in scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and streamline workflows to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with managers to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor them on a monthly basis, providing analytics and action plans or proposals to improve performance.
  • Upskill logistics teams through internal or external training and certification programs, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to drive business growth.
  • Evaluate logistics operations against internal audit requirements and governance standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Pilot new logistics models and leverage predictive analytics to improve agility and responsiveness, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, preferably with a focus on supply chain management or logistics.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in FMCG or consulting industries.
  • 3-5 years of experience in dealing with optimization and automation projects, demonstrating expertise in process improvement and change management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including data analysis and visualization tools.
