Job Title:
Logistics Planning and Operations Coordinator

As a Logistics Planning and Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our supply chain processes. Your expertise in generating insightful reports and managing purchase requisitions will help drive efficiency and accuracy within the supply chain. You'll be part of a collaborative team that encourages knowledge sharing and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Supply Chain reports, orders, and Scheduling Agreements.
  • Create and monitor ARIBA purchase requisitions/orders.
  • Develop and maintain Excel VBA macro solutions.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assisting colleagues in handling analysis, ad hoc requests, and resolving inquiries from counterparts.
  • Support to improve the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data; Conduct root cause analyses and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or IT.
  • Minimum two years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management; Proven experience with order/data processing and analysis.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is required.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in using Excel VBA; Power BI and SAP Scripting is a plus.
  • Analytical skills are required; Experience with Continuous Improvement or project management is preferred.
  • Good English communication skills and experience in handling multinational stakeholders.
