Job Description The Head of Ninja Restock is responsible for delivering the business P&L of the Restock business. He/she will develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the restock network, minimize costs, and enhance sales proficiency and efficiency.

He/she will oversee all aspects of logistics, including transportation and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Head of B2B Logistics will develop product strategies and solutions based on customer requirements by understanding and analyzing the market landscape.

He/she will provide solutions to the commercial team for new acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and up-selling. Main Duties Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, carriers, and other partners to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels supporting business objectives. Work closely with the Head of Sales on pipeline development and conversion timelines.

Forecast customer needs to enhance offerings and competitiveness. Formulate new business plans by analyzing market trends, dynamics, and movements. Propose solutions and explanations based on data analysis and research outputs.

Maintain good relationships and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth processes without impacting daily operations. Develop a team of B2B account managers and operations support. Collaborate with product specialists, project managers, and the core operation team to ensure high-quality, timely work flow.

Participate in customer meetings and assist in determining effective solutions to support sales conversion. Oversee transportation and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery, minimize costs, and maximize turnover. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the restock network, reduce costs, and improve sales proficiency.

Collaborate with suppliers to streamline processes, improve lead times, and ensure quality and reliability. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to transportation and distribution activities. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.

Build strong client relationships to maximize account performance and growth, reducing attrition and competitive threats. Implement client meetings and visits to help the commercial team secure and retain shippers and maximize growth within existing accounts. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
