Job Title: Route Optimization Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Route Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and executing efficient shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute sales orders into shipments using Oracle Transport Management (OTM) system.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Carriers on invoice validation process.
  • Coordinate with Carriers, Warehouse, and Customer Service on shipment revisions and status updates.
  • Perform daily Oracle Transport Management (OTM) Inbox system support.
  • Propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related courses.
  • Minimum one year of experience in Supply Chain, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), transportation, import, export, freight, and route maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power Tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot).
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Amenability to work night shifts and report to a hybrid work setup.
