Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for online marketplace clients.
Your key responsibilities will include developing comprehensive business plans and account strategies, conceptualizing and leading tailored marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance.
You will also be responsible for optimizing visibility, collaborating across internal teams, and delivering exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical acumen, client management expertise, and a deep understanding of e-commerce marketplace dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Comprehensive Business Plans: Create and execute business plans that support global channel growth.
- Conceptualize and Lead Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement tailored marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Campaign Performance & Post-Sale Analytics: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Competitive Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Conduct market research and develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Data-Driven Insights and Consumer Behavior Analysis: Use data to inform business decisions and analyze consumer behavior.
- Marketplace Optimization and Visibility: Optimize product listings and improve visibility on online marketplaces.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
- Market Intelligence and Business Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Client Management and Revenue Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field: A degree in business or a related field is required, with a preference for an MBA.
- 5+ Years of Experience in E-commerce or Account Management: You should have at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or account management.
- Proven Track Record of Driving Sales and Growth: You should have a proven track record of driving sales and growth in a multi-channel or online marketplace environment.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics: You should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
- Experience Working Cross-Functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing Teams: You should have experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
- Excellent Project Management, Communication, and Stakeholder Management Skills: You should have excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
