  • Remote helpdesk support for multiple platforms, including Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, and Microsoft 365 apps
  • Maintenance, modifications, upgrades, and troubleshooting of all facilities
  • Support for Fortinet FortiGate Gateways, high availability setups, and Microsoft Azure servers
  • Assistance with Wi-Fi coverage heat map design and generating sample BOM lists
  • Post-sales support for Mikrotik customers
  • Monitoring RMA requests, creating RMAs, and documenting department processes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network fundamentals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
