Project-Based HR Recruiter (3-Month Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts for a 3-month project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. You'll play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to support our business growth during this project phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Create, post, and manage job advertisements across platforms.
  • Actively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Support offer negotiation and pre-employment processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and handover documentation as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
