Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR administration. The intern will gain valuable exposure to HR practices in a professional setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job postings, resume reviews, and initial interviews.
  • Support the team in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Help with employee records management (filing, encoding, updating databases).
  • Participate in onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Assist in HR events and employee engagement programs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and other documentation as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Currently a 3rd or 4th year college student taking up Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Knowledge in MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Willing to learn and can work well with a team.
  • Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php Php200.00 per day
