New Hire Onboarding Specialist

About the Role

The New Hire Onboarding Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire onboarding process of new employees from pre-employment compliance to deployment. This includes ensuring all job offers and contracts are signed and returned by employees, as well as coordinating with the Finance team for offboarding and final pay status.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and ex-employees, to facilitate a smooth transition during the onboarding and offboarding processes. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Creation of Job Contracts
  2. Ensure All Job Offers and Contracts Are Signed and Returned by Employees
  3. Collection and Monitoring of Pre-Employment Requirements Compliance
  4. Endorsement of Candidates for Physical and Medical Examination
  5. Endorsement of Hires to Deployment and HR Data Management
  6. Creation of Temporary and Permanent IDs
  7. Creation of Background Check Certifications/Accreditations
  8. Release of New Hire Uniforms
  9. Tracking and Monitoring of Uniforms
  10. Safekeeping of Confidential Documents
  11. Coordination with the Finance Team for Offboarding, Final Pay Status, and Computation of Each Resigned Employee
  12. Ensure All Trackers for Onboarding and Offboarding Are Updated in a Timely Manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a Reputable College/University
  • 6 Months to 1 Year Working Experience in Human Resources
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Form)
  • Operational Discipline, Able to Manage Time and Resources to Deliver Critical Outcomes
  • Able to Work Under Pressure and in a Timeline-Driven Environment
  • Experience Handling HRIS Technologies
  • Open to Working on Shifting Schedules
  • Willingness to Work in Mandaluyong
