Job Title: Senior Associate Paralegal

Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage legal documents, records, and secretarial support.
  • Draft, review, and encode legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate secretary certificates.
  • Proofread and cite-check documents, as well as review exhibits in preparation for dispositions, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, affidavits, and other documents as required.
  • Perform research, typing, clerical, secretarial, and administrative functions.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as taking phone calls and answering correspondence.
  • Prepare minutes of committee meetings, board meetings, or board resolutions.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a law firm.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bonus Points:

  • Law units or a Law Graduate.
  • Experience in government dealings and transactions.
