Responsibilities:

  1. Draft legal documents, including, but not limited to, execution documents or contracts;

  1. Draft correspondences and memoranda;

  1. Organize and manage execution documents, contracts, and files;

  1. Review documents submitted or forwarded to the company;

  1. Conduct legal research whenever required by the legal team;

  1. Support the management, operations, and the legal team with any legal related concerns; and

  1. Perform other tasks as the management or immediate head may assign including support to other legal and compliance requirements handled by the legal team.
