Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our organization. The successful candidate will provide high-level legal advice and support to various business units, board committees, and the board of directors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform decision-making and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure they align with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in a similar role or as an attorney/advocate.
  • Strong knowledge of public sector prescripts, corporate governance, and board management services.
