Customer Success Specialist Role
We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing high-volume customer interactions via phone and email.
Your primary objective will be to conduct customer health checks and capture the Voice of the Customer. To achieve this, you will need to build product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns.
You will collaborate with global teams to deliver a superior customer experience and document customer feedback and track satisfaction metrics.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of Customer Success experience and preferably experience in handling retention/renewals motion. Experience with CRM systems is highly desirable.
