Role Summary

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to engage and retain customers through data-driven messaging while continuously optimizing campaigns and automations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer communication across email, SMS, and push channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to enhance customer communications.
  • Develop briefs for the Content team using data insights to guide high-converting email content creation.
  • Test and experiment with campaign elements to maximize performance.
  • Partner with the Product team to ensure visibility in email campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on all key email and CRM metrics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing preferably in eCommerce.
  • Skilled in copywriting and creating messages that convert.
  • A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms.
  • Strong communicator who can manage briefs, coordinate across teams, and identify bottlenecks.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical CRM skills segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
