Regional Service Engineer Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Regional Service Engineer in North Luzon, where you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide product specification and presentation on NHVAC and HVAC products to Service Agents, Authorized Product Installer (API), and Authorized Service Center (ASC).
  • Conduct Technical Training sessions for Installers, Technicians, ASC, and Dealers on NHVAC and HVAC products.
  • Offer on-site technical support for NHVAC & HVAC products.
  • Train Customer Care Agents on First Call Resolution (FCR) techniques.
  • Oversee the performance of business partners and ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Handle escalated VOC (Voice of Customers) cases from Sales and Consumers.
  • Ensure the service readiness of NHVAC products, including ASC and parts availability.
  • Coordinate with Field Support Team to ensure timely issuance of parts to Business Partners.
  • Conduct field inspection reports and troubleshooting on new and recurring field defects, including VIP customer aftersales concerns.
  • Verify defect status of dealer stocks using Business Partners.
  • Ensure all Service Directives and Bulletins are properly cascaded to Business Partners in your area of responsibility.
  • Assist Business Partners with technical inquiries and other COMS-related issues.
  • Audit spare parts availability and returned defective parts from Business Partners and Spare Parts Distributors.
