Job Title:

Construction Documentation Specialist

Description:

This is a detail-oriented role that involves the accurate completion of administrative and technical tasks related to building documentation, permitting, and data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading and understanding architectural, plumbing, and electrical plans, as well as experience with form filling and client data intake.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filling out forms and official documents related to building permits and compliance
  • Inputting data from clients and construction documents into digital systems
  • Interpreting architectural, plumbing, electrical, and structural plans to extract relevant information
  • Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and clarify document requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or construction documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with construction terms, permit processes, and building departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and PDF editing tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
