RESPONSIBIILITIES:

(This is a contractual work which will end in Dec. 2025 or Jan. 2026)

  • Construction monitoring of a Two-Storey Residential Project located in MetroGate Dasmarinas, Cavite.

  • Oversee and monitor all quality-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assess and determine acceptance or rejection of services and completed work.

  • Ensure project plans, shop drawings and specifications are properly implemented.

  • Prepares billing for contractors and payroll for site admin workers.

  • Maintain a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site.

  • Prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning construction

  • Supervise daily and weekly activities of in house and subcontractors.

  • Perform other related duties as required to ensure project success.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • With at least 2 years of experience in residential construction. Having a third-party inspector for your works is an advantage.

  • Must have your own motorcycle or vehicle

  • Preferably living in Cavite Area (Staff House are not provided)

  • Must be diligent (hindi panay sa office nakatambay, masipag mag-inspect sa ginagawa ng mga workers) at not tardy
