Job Overview:

This is a specialized role focused on implementing construction project management software to streamline internal operations and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize construction software platforms, including Buildertrend and JobTread
  • Organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation for efficient project management
  • Develop standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports to enhance productivity
  • Design and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes to maximize efficiency
  • Integrate digital project files within the system to improve accessibility
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world project execution
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides for best practices
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization skills
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, including estimating, bidding, scheduling, and subcontracting
  • Ability to work effectively in a non-client-facing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation
  • Automation tool proficiency, including Zapier/Make
  • Knowledge of Asana/ClickUp/Trello for project management
