Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires the ability to oversee budgets, subcontractors, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments. They should also be proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office 365.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in construction or project management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines. They will also track project progress, milestones, and budgets, addressing risks and issues as they arise.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and be able to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
