Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is required to work as a Construction Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UK construction industry, including procedures for managing quotes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and team members to gather accurate cost estimates. They will also maintain records of quotes and track status updates using Monday.com.

In addition, they will perform general administrative duties, including email management, scheduling, data entry, and assist in generating financial documents and simple reporting via QuickBooks.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the UK construction industry or in a similar quoting/admin role.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Monday.com is essential.
  • Strong understanding of how quotes work in construction (materials, labour, overhead, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
