Senior Construction Coordinator

This role is pivotal in the smooth operation of multiple projects. You will serve as the primary liaison between professionals, ensuring project milestones are met and progress is tracked.
A key responsibility includes coordinating with architects, drafters, and expeditors to guarantee timely completion of projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and tracking project timelines.
Key Qualifications- Proven experience in a Construction Secretary or Project Manager role.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Candidates should have proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is an added advantage.
