Job Title: Vehicle Portfolio Coordinator

 

The Vehicle Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for managing the trade-in process to support business growth in used car sales with increased financial returns.

 

This role involves handling disbursements of trade-in purchases via accounts payable processes, overseeing stock control and management of traded vehicles, maintaining and updating trade-in reporting suites, liaising with finance companies for vehicle payouts and security releases, coordinating with dealers for transport logistics and inspection reports, arranging logistics for purchased vehicles through nominated suppliers, maximizing resale value by adhering to unfair wear and tear (UFW&T) guidelines, assisting in initiatives to increase yield and profitability on purchased vehicles, and providing necessary administrative and reporting support to the Remarketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and Accurate Processing – Ensure timely and accurate processing of all fleet administration tasks.
  • Trade-In Volumes and Reporting – Achieve internal KPIs related to trade-in volumes and reporting.
  • Stock Management and Accuracy – Maintain effective stock management and ensure accurate reporting.

 

Requirements:

  • Logistics or Stock Management Experience – Possess experience in logistics or stock management.
  • Customer Service Skills – Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Planning and Coordination Skills – Possess strong planning and coordination skills.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy – Display high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Fleet Management or Automotive Industry – Possess experience in the fleet management or automotive industry.
  • Administrative Task Processing – Have experience processing high volumes of administrative tasks.
