Fleet Admin Specialist

Drive smarter. Manage better.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all records related to fleet vehicles, registrations, insurance, fuel usage, and compliance.
  • Oversee driver qualification, competency evaluations, and policy adherence.
  • Ensure timely processing of vehicle registration, insurance claims, and incident documentation.
  • Supervise and develop Fleet Admin personnel; ensure alignment with company policies and procedures
  • Handle administrative tasks including orientation, team meetings, vendor invoice processing, and process improvement recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Fleet Management insurance claims processing, assessment, people management, administrative tasks, LTO registration and transfers).
