Senior Training Lead

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Training Lead to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has a passion for training and development, and who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments. They will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, as well as directing onboarding, refresher training, and specialized sessions based on feedback.

  • Assess and enhance learner performance through detailed feedback.
  • Create presentations for weekly huddles.
  • Evaluate and refine training effectiveness using various assessment methods.
About You

You will have excellent organizational, strategic planning, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to design and implement learning solutions. You will be able to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts and departments to create high-impact training materials, and you will be passionate about creating a culture of continuous learning and development.

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be comfortable with technology and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
