Summary of Role
As our Senior HubSpot Strategist, you are the architect and owner of our go-to-market operations. You will design and implement the comprehensive HubSpot strategy that unifies our marketing, sales, and customer success functions, transforming our CRM from a simple tool into the central nervous system of our company.

- Architect the GTM Blueprint: Develop and execute the high-level strategy for our entire HubSpot ecosystem, ensuring it scales to support our growing business.
- Build the Engine of Automation: Design and optimize sophisticated workflows, sequences, and lead management processes that streamline the journey from a new lead to a successful customer.
- Deliver Actionable Intelligence: Create and maintain insightful dashboards and reports that provide a clear, accurate view of our business performance and inform strategic decisions.
