Instructional Design Expert

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning content that meets the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, target audience characteristics, and desired learning outcomes.
  • Curriculum Design: Develop comprehensive instructional design plans that align with learning objectives, utilizing sound adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Gagne's Nine Events).
  • Content Development: Create engaging learning content including e-learning modules, lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, videos, simulations, and assessments.
  • Multimedia Integration: Select and integrate appropriate multimedia elements (e.g., video, audio, graphics, animations) to enhance learner engagement.
  • Pilot and Evaluation: Partner with subject matter experts to pilot learning solutions, collect feedback, and iterate on designs.
  • Project Management: Manage instructional design projects effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong Understanding: Adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Proficiency: Authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience: Intellum and Evolve.
