Job Title:

Lead Technical Training Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned training professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip staff with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

  1. Design and develop training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments, to ensure consistency and quality across all training initiatives.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the training process.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions that address specific business objectives.
  4. Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, using various modalities such as classroom instruction, online learning, and on-the-job training.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through regular feedback and assessment, and make data-driven decisions to inform future training initiatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
