Key Role: Learning Development Expert

This strategic position drives organizational growth and employee capabilities.

The Learning Development Expert will design, facilitate, and evaluate global training programs aligned with business goals. They will foster hands-on learning through immersion experiences, coaching sessions, and performance feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing onboarding, customer service, sales, and product trainings
  • Leading immersion programs and in-store learning initiatives
  • Overseeing the mystery shopper program and integrating insights into performance metrics
  • Monitoring training effectiveness and providing actionable feedback to improve results
  • Supporting brand standards through coaching and cross-functional collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  • Principles of adult learning and effective training methodologies
  • Familiarity with coffee products, accessories, and machines is an asset
Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in training, learning development, or a related field
  • Experience designing and facilitating core training programs in corporate or customer-centric environments
